An Original Recipe of Casa Citterio, the Salame di Milano “Bindone” captures all the flavour and goodness of a unique product handed down from generation to generation. Hand-tied and aged slowly for 6 months with natural fermentation, the Salame di Milano is ruby red, with fat grains the size of rice grains, a characteristic aroma, delicate and full-bodied flavour, and compact consistency.
