Chickpea hummus, cooked ham and Arab bread

Ingredients

  • 4 portions of Arab bread
  • 250 g boiled chickpeas
  • olive oil
  • 50 g tahina
  • 1 lemon juice
  • powder cumin
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • black olives
  • powder paprika
  • 240 g cooked ham

Preparation

 

Blend chickpeas with olive oil, tahina, lemon juice drops, salt, pepper, powder cumin and garlic. Pour the hummus in a casserole and decorate with powder paprika and black olives.
In the meanwhile, heat the Arab bread.
On a rustic cutting board, serve the slices of cooked ham, the bread and, aside, the chickpea hummus.
