Club Sandwich with summer fruit salad

Ingredients

  • 240 g chicken meat
  • 2 bunch tomatoes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • white bread
  • mixed lettuce and fruit salad

Preparation

 

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, then cook the omelette in a non-stick pan.
Stuff layers of white bread, brushing mayonnaise on it and putting the tomato slices, the lettuce and the chicken on top.
Cut the sandwich into triangles and match it with a season fruit salad.
