Crispy turkey, brown bread crouton and soy carrots

Ingredients

  • 240 g turkey meat
  • 8 croutons of toasted brown bread
  • 240 g carrots cut into julienne strips
  • 40 ml soy sauce

Preparation

 

Over a high heat, stir-fry carrots cut into julienne strips with a trickle of oil and soy sauce. Repeat the process with the turkey, until it becomes crispy.
Put the carrots on toasted croutons, and the turkey on top of them.
Serve with mixed lettuce leaves, seasoned as you wish.
