Simpaticotto in pizzaiola sauce

  • 1 simpaticotto
  • tomato purée
  • fresh cherry tomatoes
  • pitted black olives
  • fresh or dry oregano
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil



Using a non-stick pan, prepare a sauce with extra virgin olive oil, tomato purée and fresh cherry tomatoes cut into halves.
Once the tomato has incorporated, remove the cherry tomatoes, peel them and put them back in the pan, adding black olives cut into small pieces, oregano and a pinch of salt
Add the Citterio simpaticotto and let it cook in the sauce for 5 minutes.
