Simpaticotto with fresh summer vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 simpaticotto
  • cherry tomatoes
  • baby carrots
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

 

Sauté the Citterio simpaticotto in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes with a trickle of extra virgin olive oil.
Place the simpaticotto at the centre of the dish and create a sun around it by alternating cherry tomatoes cut into halves and the baby carrots you had cleaned before.
Season fresh vegetables with salt and extra virgin olive oil and serve!
