Ingredients

  • 16 slices of toasted brioche or, alternatively, one salty panettone
  • 200 g salami
  • 12 anchovies
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • oil, salt, pepper, a few drops of lemon juice

Preparation

<p> This party recipe can be made using both salty panettone and toasted brioche. <br> First of all, toast the slices of bread. Then, peel the avocado, mash it with a fork and season it slightly with two drops of lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. <br> Alternate a layer of ingredients with a layer of bread. <br> Serve the toasted brioche on a rustic centrepiece and decorate with a bud salad. </p>
