GRANCOTTO DI VIGNOLA

The king of cooked ham.

We use the best Italian pork leg to make Grancotto di Vignola. Sourced from selected growers, pork legs are slowly cooked in steam ovens for at least 16 hours, each in its own pot. The temperature and humidity of the ovens are constantly monitored. Our Grancotto melts in the mouth, and has a soft, delicate aroma and a sweet and exquisite taste.
