A speciality produced at an altitude of 1220 metres asl.

A careful selection of the best pigs’ thighs, exclusively Italian, an accurate dosage of spices, natural smoking with beech wood and ageing for at least 8 months in clean and fresh air of the valleys of South Tyrol: these are the ingredients of the Speck made by Casa Citterio. Produced in Soprabolzano at 1220 metres above sea level, the high quality Speck by Citterio is a speciality for the most discriminating palates.
