An Original recipe of Casa Citterio, the Salame di Milano “Bindone” captures all the flavour and goodness of a unique product handed down from generation to generation. Aged slowly with natural fermentation, the large slices are ruby red with well-defined fat grains the size of a grain of rice, a characteristic aroma, and delicate flavour.
