Ingredients

  • 80 g Roasted chicken breast
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 or 2 melon slices
  • 1 or 2 watermelon slices
  • salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Clean and boil asparagus, then boil the egg, too. Once they are ready, the time has come to serve the dish. Distribute the asparagus and put the egg on one side and chopped melon and watermelon on the other. To conclude, add the chicken breast slices and sprinkle with pepper.
