First of all, cook the turmeric-flavoured rice. In the meantime, cut the carrots into thin slices and the courgettes into rounds or into sticks, at will. Boil them in hot water for 10 minutes, then sauté them in a casserole with oil, a pinch of salt and parsley.
Now the ingredients are ready: in a terrine mix the turmeric rice with carrots, courgettes and lentil charcuterie slices. A final sprinkle of parsley and the dish is ready to be tasted.
