Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 50g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 120g sliced cooked ham
  • 120g Mozzarella
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • EVO oil

Preparation

Slice the Mozzarella. Beat the eggs with the salt, pepper and Parmigiano. In a large no-stick frying pan, heat a small amount of EVO Oil. Pour the scrambled eggs in and cook over medium flame. As soon as the edges begin to cook, cover and shake the frying pan from time to time. When the omelette is soft on the surface, remove the cover and arrange the cooked ham and slices of Mozzarella on half of it. Fold the omelette in half to form a semi-circle and transfer it to a dish. Cut out 4 squares from the omelette.

Now transform your omelette into SpongeBob:

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and use them for the eyes. Use the cooked ham to make the nose and the cheeks. A think slice of red pepper can be used for the mouth, while the skin of the cucumber can be used for the eyebrows. Two small rectangles of mozzarella can form the teeth. Serve this delicious and fun dish to your children immediately!

Buon appetito ;-)
