Tomato charcuterie with basmati rice, celery and radish

Ingredients

  • 80 g Tomato charcuterie
  • 100g basmati rice
  • 1 white or green celery stem
  • 4/5 radishes
  • salt
  • soy sauce
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

First of all, cook for about 20 minutes the white basmati rice in boiling water. Then, wash the celery and radishes and cut them: the celery into sticks and the radishes into small rounds.

Open the pack of charcuterie and distribute the slices in the centre, surrounded by other ingredients. Season at will with soy sauce or, for traditional tastes, salt and extra virgin olive oil.
