Make Bresaola Tortelloni: bresaola slices filled with a creamy mix of caprino, mascarpone, and arugula. Serve chilled for a light and tasty starter.

Ingredients:

bresaola slices
caprino cheese
arugula
mascarpone
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix caprino, mascarpone, chopped arugula, salt, and pepper. Fill a piping bag and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Place bresaola slices, pipe the cream in a 3 cm circle, fold in half, pinch edges and form tortelloni. Serve cold.
