Ingredients:

200g of Citterio cooked ham
2 fresh goat cheeses
40g of shelled and chopped pistachios
2 tablespoons of honey
Black pepper to taste

Preparation

n a bowl, mash the goat cheese with a fork until creamy. If you want a softer texture, you can add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Take a slice of cooked ham and spread some goat cheese cream in the center.

Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios and a light grind of black pepper. Roll up each slice like a small wrap or fold it gently in half. Arrange them on a serving plate and finish with a drizzle of honey on top.
