A tasty appetizer: eggplant caponata enriched with diced and rose-shaped Milano Salami – delicious and beautifully presented.
Ingredients:
360g eggplant caponata
8 slices of Milanese salami
Preparation
Gently warm the eggplant caponata to release its full flavor.
Dice half of the salami slices and mix them into the caponata for a richer taste.
Roll the remaining slices into small roses and place them on top for an elegant finish.
