A quick and refined appetizer: grilled bread, creamy honey goat cheese and Valtellina bresaola for an elegant, flavorful bite.
Ingredients:
4 slices rustic bread
250 g goat cheese
2 teaspoons wildflower honey
8 slices Valtellina bresaola
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with honey until creamy. Chill it briefly in the fridge so it firms up slightly.
Grill the bread on a hot pan or griddle. Spread the honey goat cheese on top, then finish each toast with two slices of bresaola. Serve immediately.
