Quick and healthy snack: green apple, cucumber, lime and mint juice paired with toasted dark bread topped with bresaola and a drizzle of olive oil.
Ingredients:
50 g bresaola
60 g dark bread
1 green apple
1 cucumber
a few mint leaves
½ lime
Preparation
Blend apple wedges and cucumber chunks with lime juice and mint until smooth and refreshing.
Toast the bread, spread a little cream cheese if desired, top with bresaola slices and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
