Mortadella mousse shaped like a brain – a spooky party treat.

Creamy mortadella mousse shaped like a brain, topped with ketchup and served with olive tapenade crostini – the ultimate spooky party centerpiece.
70 g mortadella
80 g cream cheese
4 slices white sandwich bread
20-30 ml milk
40 g black olive pâté
1-2 tsp ketchup
Blend mortadella with cream cheese, adding milk little by little until smooth. Cut 4 circles from the bread, toast lightly and cool.
Cover the bread with the mousse forming a half-sphere. Pipe brain-like lines with the mousse and finish with ketchup. Serve cold with olive tapenade crostini.
