Dancing mummies: fun sausages wrapped in puff pastry, with pastry arms and brushed with egg — perfect for a tasty and original snack idea.
Ingredients:
4 jumbo sausages
puff pastry
1 egg
Preparation
Slice the sausages halfway lengthwise and make two small side cuts to create the arms.
Cut the puff pastry into strips and wrap them around the sausages, leaving a part uncovered to form the head. Brush with egg and bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 15 minutes.
