An easy and tasty appetizer: grilled polenta slices with creamy fontina and flavorful Milano salami. Perfect served warm.
Ingredients:
Ingredients (serves 4):
200 g instant polenta
120 g fontina cheese
10 slices Milano salami
Preparation
Cook the polenta as per package instructions. Spread it on a board to a 1 cm thickness and let it cool. Cut into 8x3 cm rectangles and place on a baking sheet. Grill each side for 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Top each polenta slice with a piece of fontina and return to the oven until melted. Add a slice of Milano salami on top and serve the canapés hot.
