Try savory sausage rolls: sausages wrapped in golden puff pastry, topped with sesame or poppy seeds. Easy, delicious and perfect for parties.
Ingredients:
sausages (wurstel)
rectangular puff pastry
1 egg yolk
sesame or poppy seeds
Preparation
Wrap the sausages in puff pastry, closing without overlapping too much, then cut into 4 cm slices and place on a tray.
Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with seeds and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
