Try this bento box with Tagliofresco Milano salami, beetroot, corn and seasonal fruit. A quick, tasty and balanced lunch ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 pack 70g Tagliofresco Milano Salami
150g cooked beetroot
Corn to taste
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh fruit: watermelon and melon
Preparation
Wash the cooked beetroots, pat dry and cut into cubes. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper, then add drained corn and mix gently.
Place the beetroot and corn in your bento box, add the slices of Milano salami and finish with fresh seasonal fruit. A balanced, colourful lunch is ready to enjoy.
