A light and refreshing Bento box with bresaola, Grana Padano, seasonal fruit, and salad. A quick and nutritious dish, perfect for a healthy and tasty lunch.

Ingredients:

70g of Tagliofresco Bresaola della Valtellina IGP
1 cube of Grana Padano, approx. 70g
Mixed salad with edible flowers (as desired)
Salt (for the salad)
Extra virgin olive oil (to dress the bresaola and salad)
Fresh fruit of your choice: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries

Preparation

Prepare the salad: wash the greens thoroughly and place them at the bottom of the Bento box. If you like, add some edible flowers for a decorative and flavorful touch.

Assemble the Bento box: add the Bresaola della Valtellina, the cube of Grana Padano, and your choice of fresh fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries. Dress the salad with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt—and your meal is ready!
