Brioche bun, wurstel, beetroot and potato salad

Gourmet sandwich with brioche bun, sautéed sausages, beetroot and potato salad, and sweet and sour mustard sauce: contrasting and irresistible flavors.

Ingredients:

1 brioche baguette
1 sausage
15 g of beetroot, cut into sticks
15 g of boiled potato, cut into sticks
Honey mustard mayonnaise

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients: brown the sausage in a pan until it's nicely golden and lightly toast the brioche bun, cut in half. Mix the beetroot and potatoes with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to create a creamy and colorful salad.

Assembla il panino: spalma la base del pan brioche con la salsa alla senape e miele, aggiungi l’insalata di patate e rape, poi il würstel. Chiudi il panino e servi con un cucchiaino di salsa extra.
