70 g of San Daniele Prosciutto Crudo
20 g of stracciatella cheese
Natural lemon zest
For the roasted tomatoes:
16 cherry tomatoes (Pachino)
Sugar, to taste
Salt, to taste
Garlic
Basil
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them cut side up on a baking tray. Drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil, add the crushed garlic clove and basil leaves, then sprinkle with a bit of salt and sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
