Ingredients:

Cooked ham
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Parsley
Melon
Farfalle or shell pasta

Preparation

Cut the cooked ham into cubes and the melon into balls. Chop the parsley and bring a pot of water to a boil for the pasta.

Cook the farfalle or shell pasta, then drain and rinse them under cold water to cool them down.

Mix the pasta with the diced cooked ham, melon balls, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and a sprinkle of parsley. Serve immediately!
