2 WUOI by Citterio
2 hot dog buns
1 ripe avocado
½ lime (juice)
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 tablespoon finely diced tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
A few drops of Tabasco (optional)
Corn chips or crunchy potato chips to serv
Prepare the guacamole: mash the avocado with a fork, add the lime juice, chopped onion, tomato, salt, pepper and a few drops of Tabasco (if you like). Mix until you get a creamy consistency.
Cook the Citterio WUOI in a non-stick pan for 3–4 minutes, turning them occasionally. Meanwhile, lightly warm the hot dog buns.
Open the buns, spread a generous layer of guacamole, add the hot WUOI and finish with crunchy chips on the side. Serve immediately and enjoy!
