A healthy, light lunch with lean salami, low-fat ricotta and mixed salad — perfect for a quick, nourishing break, dressed with olive oil and salt.

Ingredients:

50 g of Citterio light salami
50 g of light or low-fat ricotta
100 g of mixed salad
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Preparation

Place the mixed salad (or with edible flowers) in a lunch box, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt to season it.

Add the slices of light salami and the low-fat ricotta, then mix everything together for a quick and nutritious lunch.
