A delicious sandwich with crunchy michetta bread, Milano salami, pickled Lombardy peppers, and cooked grape must: a perfect blend of sweet, salty, and tangy flavors.
Ingredients:
1 michetta bread roll (or rosetta)
80 g of Milano salami
5 pickled Lombardy peppers
30 g of cooked grape must
Preparation
Warm the michetta: place the michetta in the oven for a few minutes to make it slightly crispy, then carefully cut it in half without breaking it.
Stuff the sandwich: add the Milano salami, the well-drained and dried pickled Lombardy peppers, and finish with strips of cooked grape must for a sweet and aromatic contrast.
