Delicious milk buns filled with salami, arugula, and a soft goat cheese and mascarpone cream. Perfect for snacks, buffets, or aperitifs.
Ingredients:
mini milk buns
salami
spreadable goat cheese
arugula
salt
pepper
1 tbsp mascarpone
Preparation
Chop arugula and mix with goat cheese and mascarpone. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice buns in half, spread the cream, and add salami slices.
