A fun and savory pie with pumpkin purée and cooked wurstel, perfect for Halloween or themed parties. Easy to make and absolutely irresistible!
Ingredients:
380 g pumpkin puree
20 g grated parmesan
100 g cooked sausage
1 roll of shortcrust pastry
1 egg + 1 yolk for brushing
1 tablespoon 00 flour
powdered nutmeg
black pepper
salt
1 black olive
Preparation
Mix pumpkin purée, wurstel, egg, parmesan, and spices, then pour the filling onto the shortcrust pastry.
Decorate with pastry strips to form a mummy, brush with egg, and bake.
