A balanced and refreshing poke bowl with roasted chicken, boiled eggs, tender asparagus, sweet melon, and juicy watermelon.
Ingredients:
80 g roasted chicken breast
1 or 2 eggs
a bunch of asparagus
1 or 2 slices of melon
1 or 2 slices of watermelon
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Clean and boil the asparagus, then cook the eggs until hard-boiled. Cut the melon and watermelon into cubes.
Arrange asparagus and eggs on one side of a bowl, melon and watermelon on the other. Finish with sliced chicken breast and a sprinkle of black pepper.
