Savory pie with wurstel, mushrooms and Gruyère

Tasty savory pie with würstel, mushrooms, and Gruyère: a quick and easy recipe, perfect for a casual dinner or a flavorful appetizer.
1 roll of puff pastry 230 g
360 g of mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
200 g of würstel
2 eggs
200 g of mixed ricotta
160 g of Gruyère
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
salt
extra virgin olive oil
Start by cleaning and slicing the mushrooms. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan with a clove of garlic, then add the mushrooms and cook until the water they release evaporates. Let them cool.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, ricotta, Parmesan, cubed Gruyère, and sliced sausages. Add the cooled mushrooms and mix everything together well.
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, prick the bottom, and pour the mixture in the center, leaving the edges free. Fold the edges slightly inward and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
