Spinach spatzle served with creamy walnut sauce and roasted ham strips, garnished with rosemary and walnut pieces for a flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
100 ml water
250 g all-purpose flour
500 g fresh spinach
nutmeg, salt, pepper
120 g cooked ham
60 g toasted walnuts
200 ml cream
Preparation
Cook spinach with a drizzle of oil, cool and blend with eggs. Mix flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg and water until a smooth batter forms.
Blend toasted walnuts with cream and simmer with rosemary and garlic. Cook spatzle in boiling water, roast the ham, then plate with sauce, ham and walnuts.
