Ingredients:
Mortadella
Sweet or spicy gorgonzola
Honey
Mini focaccias or small whole wheat rolls
Black pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the gorgonzola with a tablespoon of honey until you get a smooth, spreadable cream. Add a sprinkle of black pepper to enhance the flavor.
Cut the mini focaccias or whole wheat rolls in half. Generously spread the gorgonzola cream on the bottom half.
Add the slices of mortadella on top of the cream, close the mini focaccias, and serve immediately. They’re perfect for an appetizer or a flavorful snack!
