Wholewheat pasta salad with cooked ham, smoked salmon, and trombetta zucchini, seasoned with parsley and lightly tossed with Parmesan.
Ingredients:
120 g cooked ham
80 g smoked salmon
2 medium trombetta zucchinis
1 garlic clove
50 ml white wine
40 g Parmesan (optional)

320 g wholewheat pasta
Preparation
Cook the wholewheat pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, sauté garlic in olive oil, add the zucchini strips, season with salt and pepper, then stir in the smoked salmon and ham, deglazing with white wine.
Drain the pasta and mix with the vegetables and meats, adding a ladle of cooking water to emulsify. Finish with parsley and optionally Parmesan. Serve warm or at room temperature.
