Frittata rolls with cooked ham and cheese
Sara Milletti
These frittata rolls with ham and cheese are perfect for a creative starter or finger food buffet. Easy to make and ideal served cold, they’re great skewered for a playful presentation.
Ingredients (serves 4):
5 eggs
2 tablespoons fresh milk
25 g grated Grana Padano
parsley
120 g sliced cooked ham
100 g sliced Tilsiter cheese
salt
black pepper
Beat the eggs with milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Pour into a 30x22 cm baking tray lined with damp parchment paper. Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.
Flip the frittata onto plastic wrap, remove the baking paper and fill with cheese and ham. Roll tightly, wrap in cling film, and cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice into rounds and serve on skewers.
