100g diced cooked ham
250g mixed ground meat
2 eggs
Milk
Grated parmesan
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Oil for frying
70g speck
1 red onion
Rustic bread
Spicy ketchup
Mix meat, eggs, parmesan, milk, breadcrumbs, ham, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Shape into meatballs and fry until golden.
Grill speck and onion, then alternate meatballs, onion and speck on skewers. Serve on toasted rustic bread with spicy ketchup.
