Ingredients:
1 egg
half a pack of cooked ham cubes
half a medium-sized potato
milk
salt
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Peel the potato, slice it thinly, and sauté it in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, stirring occasionally until soft and lightly golden.
Beat the egg in a bowl, add the diced ham, a splash of milk, and a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and cook on medium heat for a few minutes on each side, until the omelette is golden and fully cooked. Serve immediately.
