Tender and tasty Citterio turkey breast rests on a bed of fresh, crisp romaine lettuce, dressed with lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, fennel seeds and a generous grind of black pepper for a lively aroma. 160–200 g Citterio turkey breast slices
1 head of romaine lettuce
½ lemon (juice)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
30 g Parmesan shavings
2 slices of bread (for croutons)
Salt to taste
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Season it in a bowl with lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, fennel seeds, salt and pepper. Add the Parmesan shavings and mix well.
Arrange the salad on the plates, add the Citterio turkey breast slices and the golden croutons. Serve immediately to enjoy all the freshness and crunchiness.
