Pizza lollipops with vegetarian frankfurter

  • 560 g risen pizza dough
  • 420 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g vegetarian frankfurters
  • 150 g fiordilatte mozzarella cheese
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt



Divide the risen pizza dough into 16 small balls of 35 gr each. Spread each small pizza,  give them a round shape and skewer them with an ice cream stick. Put them on a sheet pan covered by parchment paper.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, drain and cut them into two and put them on the small pizzas together with frankfurters cut into rounds. Pour a trickle of oil on each small pizza, salt them and cook in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 200°C.
Then, take the small pizzas out from the oven, put the mozzarella cheese cut into small pieces on the pizzas and bake again for a few minutes, allowing the mozzarella to melt.
Serve the small pizzas hot or warm.
